I went to waterstones to buy this today. Their shipment of books hadn’t come in and so I have to wait til tomorrow to buy it. I am not a happy bunny! I need my jace!

Vitamin A is fat soluable so you can store it for over a month in your body. Your body will convert beta carotine(from veggies) into vitamin as you need it, but too much vitamin A in suppliments can be bad for you.
I think that there is so much that our body can do if we give it the right things to work with.
