I agree. I don’t think the Human Torch is dead. In the story, Annihlus holds up Johnny’s torn shirt to Reed as Reed holds the ultimate nulifier in his hand. He was bragging to Reed that Johnny was his prisoner, thus, a rescue plan will have to come to fruition.

Human Torch’s death brings to mind the Onion headline from 1978 when Elvis died, which read: ELVIS DEAD – Is Elvis Alive?

Thank goodness this is only a comic and they can bring him back some way. Spider-Man was a bad choice for a replacement Spider-Man should always be a loner unless he can’t handle the bad guys.
