Here it is, True Blood fans! EW is proud to exclusively reveal the cover to the new graphic novel True Blood, Vol. 1: All Together Now, which is the hardcover compilation of all six issues from the first comic book series set around HBO’s buzzy hit. It seems to be about what you’d expect from such a thing, right? You can’t really go wrong with Sookie, Bill, and Eric—even if they are in graphic form.
In terms of All Together Now, beside the new cover, bonus content in the compilation is set to include sketches and a cover gallery of all the issues’ separate covers. The book hits stands Feb. 8, 2011. It’s a ways off, of course, because there are still two issues of the comic book series to be released between now and then.

For starters, that’s not a graphic novel.

Those pictures don’t look like someone drew them… it looks like a photo has just been altered on photoshop.
Her knees are ugly.
LOL! Couldn’t they have tried to pretty her up a little bit? Her face isn’t anything special period, but it looks like they’re trying to emphasize all of her worst features (small close-set eyes, bulky facial structure, that unfortunate nose). Yikes!
That being said, Bill and Eric look sublime, of course.
Zeitlos, yes, they’re cute. But then they get bigger, and need shots, and more food, and they prucdoe more, um, waste. If I could figure out how to get them across the Atlantic, I would be more than happy to trade kittens for German books!
Not a fan. Eric looks like a prime candidate for forehead botox. Bill looks way too feminine, and seriously, did the artist really need to draw in those man-bangs? Eww. Lastly, it seems as though

Kudos to the artists! Eric and Bill were drawn “spot on”…they look amazing!
The individual issues have had far better covers so far. Why not simply reuse one of those instead of this poor design?
