I’m the first person who’ll tell you how important the Twilight series is — not from a literary standpoint, mind you, but more from a Read the full post.

Are Edward and Bella in an abusive relationship?

First off, lady who made this post, it’s a movie. Very nonfictional.. Allow me to give you some of my view points. One, Bella does drive herself. Many times, actually. Here are some instances; when she first gets the truck, when she’s DRIVING to school, when she tells her father goodbye. Maybe more, who knows. Yeah he shows up out of the blue, like a stalker, if you will, to drive her to school, but heck most girls like having their boyfriends drive them to school. Surely you can remember, t’wasn’t that long ago. “Can’t she rescue herself?” Don’t you recall how much of a poor job she did trying to save her mother? She went to her rescue, though let’s be frank here, she did a horrible job. But that is all thanks to Stephaie Meyer and her marvelous imagination. Do you recall Edward saying many times over how he wants her to go to college? But she can go 17 times over if she wanted. So she makes the choice. Now on to the abortion or not..Many girls get married right out of high school. And how many 15 year olds have a kid? Shoot, they have 2 or 3 by time they turn 17. Sad? Yes, I think so!(And don’t even get me started on the high schools that have a daycare so they can bring their kids to school. You know what that says? I’ll tell you, it says, come on kids, have more babies! We’ll watch them all.) Edward wanted her to get an abortion, she refused, he continued to beg her, all the while she just got sicker. With the end of your post, you’re saying something like, does your partner make the decisions, and is he scary? Now, need I remind you again, he wanted her to go to college, he wanted her to get an abortion, She was driving..and so forth. Clearly, like most all 17 year olds, her and his, for all that matter, hormones are going wild. So folks, let the game of ‘bumpin’ uglies’ begin!
Yours Truely, Chewie(;
Really? It is a book about vampires and wolves and humans! Of course there is going to be a element of threat and danger. That is their world. She chooses to be part of it. I the books he also wants her to go to college not, get pregnant. If you read the book he never knew that he could make her pregnant. There plans were to go to college together.
OMFG HOW CAN YOU NOT SEE THAT EDWARD IS ABUSIVE?
-controls bella, makes all decisions
-doesn’t let her see wolf boy, family, friends, baby
-okay with abortion
-doesn’t use protection (i don’t give a f*** if he’s ‘dead’ u can ALWAYS have a chance at getting pregnant or an std if u have unprotected sex)
-FUGLY GINGER MORON WITH FAKE SIX PACK
-wants to KILL BELLA (DEEP DOWN, HE DOES CUZ HER SCENT)
-lies to her
-and much more
Abusive relationship? I don’t think so. Edward does try to stay away from Bella because he thinks he’s a danger to her, doesn’t he? Plus, when she constantly asks for him to turn her into a vampire, he says no. An abuser wouldn’t say no to having someone by their side for eternity, would they?
Wasn’t Romeo and Juliet an abusive relationship too? Yet they read and discuss the play in schools all over the country. In the end they both commit suicide.
I have learn a few just right stuff here. Certainly worth bookmarking for revisiting. I wonder how a lot attempt you put to create this type of great informative website.
