I was born in the Big Apple, and i can count on one hand the number of times I’ve watched SNL from start to finish and actually thought ‘That was a good show.’ I don’t know why it’s even based in New York, they draw zero inspiration from the city. The cast is almost all white, all male. This thing could be set up in Idaho and NBC would save its money. I dont’ remember thinking that Tracy Morgan was funny (which would make sense, given that it’s SNL), but I picked up his book at the bookstore and nearly read the whole thing in one sitting. THIS IS GOOD STUFF. WEll-written, bloody honest… like a good buddy giving you a much-needed and totally surprising wakeup call. Also an accidental chronology of how the NYC ghetto went from being poor to being poor and dangerous.
If this is the only thing that remains of the Tracy Morgan legend, it’s a damn good legacy to have crafted.
@ Wooster clearly you have issues,no wherein the book which I have read, did he say that cheri and chris were racist.Clearly you have issues wooster……..I am sorry but everything is not black and white…..Thats sounds like a personal issue…..
i am a 65 year old black man,and i would like all white people to know, that most people, black and white, knows that tracy morgan,is not funny,is a loser, and has no talent.
