i like this movie but the character of bela was not too much good.its a nice fun .i like this
Regards,
You are absolutly amazing! Thats exactly how i feel about the stupid twilight movie! Yes, Fans of the twilight BOOKS, rejoice!
you understand me
I agree. The books were intensley better than that god-awful movie? What where they thinking making something as far off from the book as that (not to mention that the acting in that movie was amazingly bad. You would think that the masses would recognize this, but because people support nyhing with the word “Twilight” slapped on it, it’s automatically a good thing. Haha…no).
Finally people who understand me
Fans of the Twilight book<3
I totally agree!
totally!! BOOKS ALL THE WAY!!
I absolutely agree!! the books are the best i couldnt even read twilight after the movie.I could read new moon eclipse and BD butnot twilight… : (
but i can now! haha
BOOKS ALL THE WAY 4 me 2!
REJOICE!!!!! xDD
I agree so much!! The books were absolutely amazing, I fell in love with Edward immediately! But the movie was horrible! It was all wrong.
hahaha nice ur rt the REAL fans of the BOOK do indeed rejoice
Thank you Krystal! The movie was completely horrible and the actors were nothing like what the characters were described as in the books. I don’t understand why people are suprised that they don’t look like Stewart or Pattinson either! The graphic novel is going off the books, not the movie!!
I’m a huge fan of the books and I love the movie. The actors that were chosen fit my imagining of them; love them all. So I don’t know why there are people saying the FANS of the books can’t be fans of the movie as well (b/c I am).
that movie sucked big time and the books rocked!! the graphic novel will be almost better than the book! pattinson only has fans because every stupid girl out there thats obsessed w/ twilight because iz cool only likes him because they r stupid enough to see him as Edward when he’s sooo NOT!! when he was 1st picked girls has the right idea: ‘he can’t b Edward!! he’s not right at all!’
fans of the book live on!!
OMG ok so i love twilight and am totally thrilled aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh i just like twilight i dont care about the actors or anything i just want to hear those words and the pics will be awesome cause that means i get to continue my collection
yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!
that’s EXACTLY how i feel!
Yeah, fans of the TWILIGHT BOOK REJOICE!!!
ok…that is a good point and i totaly agree but….were lucky to have someone good enought to play edward and bella…were lucky stephenie finally said yes after two offers the making the movie. of course the movie will NEVER be as good as the books but hey…it better than nothing….i really think they could have picked a better bella tho…shes a pot head…honestly…but i am a HUGE FAN OF EVERYTHING TWILIGHT, NEW MOON, ECLIPSE, AND BREAKING DAWN!!!!!!
ok ppl get over it. the movie was made you cant do anything about it. just stop complaining. if u dont ike the movie dont watch it. in my opinion the movie was good but in its own way. look at all the other books that were made into movies they arnt like the books either. and heres an up for all u complainers new moon has a new directo so its gonna be different. now leave it at that and u can sill read the books all u want.
okay seriously i read the books after the movie. and of course the movie isnt gonna be as good as the book it never is and to the person who said that everyone loves rob just because they saw him as edward when hes clearly not well duh but some people, (like myself) have been rob fans before they had even heard of twilight. I love twilight and i collect twilight stuff i have all the books and posters and everything because i love the books and movie so like meme said if you dont like movie dont watch it but stop talking bad about it catherine hardwick is a great director and she did her best and thats pretty dang good!
My thoughts exactly. At least some one else understands how bad that movie was.
I would love to see a website that is about the BOOKS and not about the movies or the actors. I’m not fan of the movie or the actors, and I’m pretty tiered of hearing about them everywhere.
I think everyone is entitled to their own opinion but i for one are a fan of the book and movie. Of course the movie wasnt as good as the book. I mean look at Harry Potter. The books were amazing and the movies didnt follow like the book did. Everyone who read twilight probably pictured edward and bella differently in their own way. I for one think that kristen and robert were not right characters for the part but they did ok. I think this new Graphic Novel is stupid. I mean twilight is amazing but people are getting obsessed, and plus, since when did Bella have straight hair, and become a blonde? I mean really..
Krystal, i agree with you to a certain extent. i love reading manga (graphic novels) and part of me used to enjoy the twlight series but all thats left is a black void. the fanbase and the movie series has twisted it into something beyond description. and not in a good way. i don’t care how “hard” some people say they tried to “recreate” the book. they failed. epically. whats left of the twilight series is long gone. all i feel for it now is buring hatred but perhaps that can be restored by this new book. but i swear if the put vanessa hudgens on one of the movies or allow the jonas borthers to do a single recording for the movies as well, my respect for the entire production will be lost. there’s only a shred left as it is. and kayla cheyenne i totally agree that they could’ve picked a better bella. they could’ve gotten better characters for the whole dang cast as well except for the people who portray carlisle and esme. and renee, bella’s mom. she cracks me up.
I absolutely agree. Although i sorta like the movie, i do NOT like the actors AT ALL. The Twilight BOOK fans are everywhere you look!!!
the characters in this picture are perfect but you are right about the awful actors, I’m not so fond of Robert Pattinson.
I think everyone has there own version of the characters in Twilight. Both this image and the actors arent what I saw while I read it. If I’m honest, the movie sucked but theres this little voice in my head that still makes me love it…I should probably get that checked out but apparently I’m not the only one who has one XD
Okay Okay Krystal no offense but i think u r being way to harsh… Okay so i agree with u about the movie. It wasnt that bad but it was not nearly ass good as the book. But the actors and actresses were not awful.. I think they acted very nicely. Each character fit the description well to me. And besides Krisian Stewart and Robert Pattison are great at what they do.
The reason it is surprising that they don’t look like the movie characters is because that is how it turned out with previous book-movie-action figure or or graphic novels, such as harry potter or lord of the rings. I’m happy they haven’t done I for this too though.
Hallelujah! Finally, someone who sees the light. The movie adaptation of Twilight was absolutely terrible. All the magic of the book was lost. I am a fan of the books, too. And I am glad there are still some of us out there. If you don’t read the Twilight books, and just see the movie, then you really don’t know what Twilight is. The movie only showed the characters through a 2D perspective and if they were replaced with cardboard cut-outs I wouldn’t have noticed. Not that it was bad acting, the script just wasn’t done right. They left out key conversations and events, and then added unnecessary conversations and events. I wish they would remake the movie with a different movie company because the movie was so badly done. If the adaptation of New Moon is not any better, I will definitely not return to see the two following films of the Twilight Saga.
I agree with Krystal even though I love the Twilight books I dont think the movie was so great it wasnt good acting and got slow and boring, unlike the books. I think the movie should have related to the book. So I’m interested in this, hoping it will be better related to the characters.
Yes, this is marvelous! This graphic novel gives Twilight fans of the BOOKS hope of a better future for its portrayl in other forms
Rejoice is definitely in order!
i am soooo happy that this is going on because i for one HATE the twilight move and can not express the joy i feel right now
I do not think that the movie did the book justice. I did think it was a great movie and still do. I just think that you miss out on so much if you do not read the books you never know what you are missing out. I think that Bella should of been played a little different she really was nothing like the book said. I think that the best characters in the movie where Edward, Alice and Carlisle. Hopefully the next movie will be better than the first.
I believe that the books were better than the movie. Some may be in denial about that but i am not. I do not blame the actors, i loved the sctors that they picked, the songs were pretty good too. You cant blame a movie to be bad because of the actors, it is the directing that needed work, i say it was an ok movie, maybe that was becuase i heard befor i saw it that it strayed far from teh book and had low expectations, overall teh books were better, lets just hope New Moon is better. I would love to see this movie be better and then Eclipse better than that and then even Breaking Dawn (which will prob. be R or NR-17
) so Dont blame the actors, it is the director who strayed from the book and made up the sceans, she couldnt have gone further from the book. (she could but lets not go there) She could have at least used more lines from teh book and used more actual scenes from the book, the Medow was a big part and they only shawed it or like, too minutes. Overall, Books have been better so far.
I agree with you. I thought the movie was really bad. Pattinson squinted a lot. And Stewert looked like she was depressed and needed help. The book(s) helped me get my own idea of the the characters. I was surprised when they had Laurent played by a black guy. The book said his hair was black and he had pale skin. The girl playing Victoria did not have the Fire-red hair in the book. I was a little disapointed about that. I don’t know what they re going to do when they do the scene in the second movie where Bella sees Victoria’s red hair in the ocean.
Anyone that’s fan of the movie has to be crazy. Kristen Stewart made Bella into a bumbling idiot…it was awful. There is so much that is wrong with the movie that if I were to list all of those things, I could make a novel out of it. I didn’t like any of the “human” actors; I was pleased with most of the “vampire” actors.
I abdolutely loved all four books and granted, the movie was not AS good as the books. But… I loved the movie too. Movie’s are never as good as the books, but I can appreciate a different view. I guess some people can be closed minded. Glad I’m not one of them.
heyy everyone..im not sure how I feel about this new graphic-novel book thing…but I deffo agree with those here who are saying that they love the books much more than the movie.. Because I, for one, was a huge fan of Twilight BEFORE the movie..and the movie seriously doesnt do much for me..although I do love staring at taylor lautner…but like, come on, who wouldnt..!
I’m really glad to know that there are other people who are huge fans of the twilight books and stephanie meyers work. =D
I agree, the movie was terrible, the acting was worse and all the important scenes were either missing or crammed together. yuck. I am thrilled for the graphic novel to come out, especially since stephanie is working with them that is going to make it/them. I Was so upset about Midnight Sun I am glad she is getting back into her twilight series; maybe this will help her heal.
@–)–)—
When may we expect the 5th book. From your Twilight saga??? What comes after Breakikng Dawn. I have never been much of a book reader. My daughter got me to read the first of your books, Twilight. I can’t put them down. I am reading the set for the 3rd time and,at the same time I’m hopping you will be coming out with book #5…..Please!!! Stephenie Meyers. You are a fantastic wrighter. no one can hold a candel to you that I can see. The thrill, emotion, becoming one with Bella. Tell me a book I can go out and buy that will be as good as yours?????
Help me
Mickey B.
how can you say that ?
awful actors they are better than many.
while i dont think the entire movie was horrible, robert pattinson was an awful edward, he looked like a creepy stalker who needed a restraining order not a tormented vampire who was finding happiness with his true love
I love the fact that they don’t represent Kristin and Robert. The more I see of those two, the more I despise them as Bella and Edward. The movie actually made me lose interest in the books for a while there, but I am quite excited for this. It looks as if it will be more true to the books.
the movie wasn’t that bad.
Oh, I know. If the illustrations had been of the actors, I would SCOFF and cringe for Stephenie. The movie is an utter failure in my opinion, because I judge by quality and not by the screaming of teen girls. Let’s get back to the story, to the characters. To what we felt when we read it, how beautiful it all was.
The book’s stand alone. They’re brilliant. Not Stephen King brilliant but Stephanie Meyers brilliant. A totally different approach to capturing the reader and taking us somewhere we may or may not want to go….yet she does capture us just as Stephen King did so well in his earlier work with building character’s you can’t stop wanting to know more about.. it’s the ride you don’t want to miss. I have read the books over and over and still am reading them….I just can’t get enough. I have seen the movie at least a half dozen times because I can’t get enough of “watching” that kind of true devotion and struggle to be good in the world…vampire or not it is a great lesson for how to live your life well…as a family….the good and the bad in all of us….I just loved the movie too..It’s just as all movies are, limited in time to portray on the screen all needed to reflect the book…I would love to see more about Jasper and Alice, Carlile and the others..This is just the beginning people……Stephanie you did it girl!
I LOVE IT
LOVE THEM FOR MAKING THIS!!!
its just like the images in
my mind!
You are so right! The movie was a poor adaption of the book. These drawings seem alot more like the Bella and Edward i had imagined.
I’m sorry to the fans of the movies, which are good on there on merit, but they have truly destroyed the books and discredited Stephenie Meyer’s amazing imagination.
So I am in complete agreement with Krystal’s comment and look forward to the graphic novel; I am glad the charactors don’t look like the actors.
Yes! That’s EXACTLY how I feel!!! I CAN NOT wait for the Manga! (graphic novel) The movie was just horrible and this will totally save it!
I agree. Robert isnt all that cute anyways to be Edward. Cuz in the book edward cullen is unbelivably gorgous and Robert is…ehh. My favorit is Taylor lautner..mmm…anywho I think this illistrated verson will be very interesting because it will show what the real edward cullen and bella look like. I cant wait to get it!
First and formost don’t talk what you don’t know because Rob Pattinson if a very good actor and he played the part perfect ok… I think They did a good job… Yes i could have been better but it was not the acotrs fault… And Rob is very very sexy so stop talking…
I am so happy to see I’m not the only person out here that hates the movie. And I amso happy that they draw Bella and Edward to look like they do in the book. Can not wait to read it.
omg u guys are so right. the characters here look so much hotter than the actors…
Joan – your right on the dot! The movie needed more “details”. To over ride the books images is criminal. I wished the Director of the movie would of kept it the same scenes from the book. This what the Author wrote and shouldn’t be anything else!! I was heart broken by the movie “fixed” scenes their own damn way and not how the author protrays them. I just hope The New Moon is not the same way.
Christine – I agree with all of you, but really, it’s not the director or producer’s fault. It’s the screenwriter’s. She wrote the entire script. But I don’t hate the movie. I hate that it missed the main points, but I can’t hate the movie, because the acting was really good. Besides, Stephenie Meyer agreed to the differences in the script and was very involved with the movie. How many movie versions of books have you seen that are exactly following the book? I have seen none. All the harry potter movies and the movie stormbreaker were completely straying from the books. I really don’t think that it’s possible to make a movie EXACTLY like the book.
You understand me as well. I am so happy! I am picking this up as soon as it hits the stores.
Fan of the BOOKS!! AND fan of the MOVIE!
personally i think the twilight movie is really close to the book.. ppl need to understand that stepheny meyer was recreating the book to a movie the best way she possibly could and on top of all that being a producer of a movie is very hard work and some times they dont get it as close as possibly to the books but i have watched and read alot of movies and books and most of them isnt even close either.. the thing is the producer and the editer try as best as they can to recreat the book in to a film… i loved the books and the movie .. i think she did the best she could with what she had to work with also…..
This is the same way i feel as well, the Books are great but the actors are awful. We all should be graceful that they are creating a graphic novel that doesn’t look like those actors who can’t act.
No, Stephenie Meyer did not write the screen play it was Melissa Rosenberg, and Meyer aproved in the differences. In my opinion what made the movie bad, was poor directing. It was to amateur for my taste, playing all rock songs as the score, that is really not too tasteful. Plus there some unnecessary scenes which were just redundant!
Twilight Book Fans Forever! TBFF!!
Hopefully New Moon will be better the evere! <3
Well actually the SCORE was not all work songs. Yes the soundtrack had Some rock in it as well as trip hop and other genres. Regardless the soundtrack did not make the movie bad, it was based off of the target audience and I actually think that they did well with the selection. It brought people a different type of sound that they can love as well as some fantastic artists that not everyone knew about.
love the book more than the movie though at least i see them come alive!
you are absolutly amazing! i just love it!
and i can’t waiting to read the new one!
could you please just continue to write the new one!
-midnight sun
you know i can’t sleep without that book
pls continue to write it.
Thank you very much.
I disagree with you both in hoping that mankind will one day reach a point at which the story in its entirety is forgotten completely, along with any film adaptations which happen to sprout out of the sparkly cesspool of Hollywood. The last thing we need is for Meyer’s half-baked abomination to go down in literary history.
Oh my gosh! I can’t believe it! There are you guys out there that feel the same way as I do! Yeah!
The movie was AWFUL even the actor who played Charlisle said what a cheap indy film it was, and how New Moon isn’t like that at all [hopefully]. But any one who can honestly tell me that they liked the Movie is lying about reading the books. You can’t read/love those books and think what they did to Twilight the movie was good. That’s crazy. I think they picked good actors, any other famous actors would have destroyed that movie even more. These actors, given a good script will be able to perform so much better. That whole field trip, and the damn Port Angeles dinner scene…ugh I wanted to burn the theater down. Meyer specifically wrote that Edward requested a private table….not a small stool in the middle of the crowded restaurant….she even says he refuses such a table!! And what happened to Bella being the nurting cook at home?! The movie was a disgrace I almost cried when I saw how they killed that for a lot of people. I blame Catherine Hardwicke….stupid indy..and what was with that weird scene with all that clown make up ….. where does that fit in?!!!! …Ugh…. I can’t take any more, I know Meyer isn’t done writing about Twilight, but I hope she comes out with something soon…. I dont care about Taylor or Robert or Kristen (great actors)…but its annoying how many people are obsessed with them….i need to stop ranting now.
joan, i agree in every single way but im going to add how dumb that scene in the movie was where she first figured it out and he drags her up to the top of the mountain… shes suposted to she his skin i n the meadow not up on a stupid mountain… the movie is so…so…so idioticthat i cant even fathom it and put it into words….and james lures bella to her house first and then calls her….i cant beleive that such an amazing book could be turned into such an idiotic movie.
The songs picked on the soundtrack weren’t a weird choice by moviemakers; those were the bands that Stephenie Meyer was listening to when she wrote the books (check her website. she has playlists). I did NOT like the actors at all. They didn’t look to me like the descriptions in the book and I’m glad the graphic novel is based off those. Also, I think the acting wasn’t great, at least not from Robert or Kristen. I think they needed an American actor aswell, or at least someone who didn’t have to obviously try so hard to hide his accent. Small differences in the movie like Bella cooking at home weren’t too necessary, but they cut out a few kisses that I particularly like and the meadow scene had a totally different atmosphere. There was no room in the script to really be charmed by Edward, only be sucked in by how different he was. We missed a lot of his personality and had a few things added that really didn’t have to be there. Plus, you could tell just by watching that it was a low-cost indie film. It was horrible. Period. Many people would freak if they read that, but how many have read the books? Sry. Done ranting.
REJOICE! Every Twilight fan REJOICE!! For the injustice done to us by the movie will finally be righted! REJOICE!!!
I refused to go see the movie for months! I saw the trailers and was angry about the actors cast for the parts. I had come to love the charactors so much and it was such a disappointment! Whoever thought that Edward looked like that was and is crazy!
Yes very well put!!! Totalyl agree
XOXO Twilight Fans!
the twilight movie was kinda close to the book, but not close enough. after stepanie meyer chose a director for the movie, she had no control, just input and suggestions could be made by her herself. the director of twilight was fired, and there is a new director for the movie new moon. and after seeing the sneek peek for that movie i’m mad. but if we watch the movies as movies and not compare them to the books they could be great. not alot of people knew about the twilight books till the movie came out. twilight was published in 2004, and when movie previews started showing the books became popular as well. so if it weren’t for the movie, who knows where the books would be.
im a fan of both…but the comic book is ridiculous.
I know what you mean I went to the movie with my friend who had not read the book and she thought it was an awesome movie. I loved the books better before all the Twilight hype.
This is the way i look at it. Of course the movie isn’t going to be as good as the book. and ppl shouldn’t expect it to be because they never are. look at all the movies that were made because of books of course the had to leave things out and make it different. i mean really before twilight was cut down it was a total of 7 hours long you can’t fit and whole book into i 2 hour movie its rediculous that you guys are talking bad about the movie, stephenie and catherine worked together and and chose what they wanted in the movie. it wasnt like catherine just went through and completley destoryed the book because she didnt the movie was good as far as book based movies go but gosh just leave it be. i am a fan of both the movie and the book and i hate it when ppl say that rob and kristen arent right for the part i read the books after the movie but i still came up with my own image of edward bella and everyone in the book no actor will be who you picture and no one pictures the same thing. alot of ppl are saying that the movies horrible and that its a god awful creation but it isnt. and people dont just support it because it has “twilght slapped on it” it is a good thing and someone on here said that stephenie completley changed the concept of vampires and that she made stalking seem ok but she wanted to change the concept of vampires why do you think she made the “vegitarian” lol and i dont think she’s trying to make stalking seem ok shes just showing the whole concept of “the forbiden fruit tastes the sweetest.” but think what you want i guess. we are all titled to our opionions and all that i guess thats why i’ve written this extremely long coment.
ps. i for one am excited about the grafic novel.
I agree too. The movie and the actors were bad, the books are way better. i knew from the begining that the book was going to be better but i didn’t think that it would be as bad as it was, the actors, in my opinion, didn’t match how they were portrayed in the book and their acting was bad. I know that it is hard to make a movie a lot like the book that it comes from but i think that if they had made it a little more like the book, like the places that things take place and the same time flow that the books had. I also like the books before the Twilight craze hit because people made such a big deal about how they read it and then people believed that anything with the name Twilight on it was the best thing in the world when it wasn’t, like with the movie. I’m also glad that the characters in the graphic novel don’t look like the ones from the movie and i hope that the graphic novel is better.
Fan of the Twilight book
bet on Alice!lol!in other words i agree with her(it is a lengthy comment!)that its wrong to say all those unnecessary comments(so…);D
I personally loved the movie and i thought the acting was exquisite as well as the character match, I’ve read the books more than five times I loved the books, my all-time favorite saga.As well as i loved the movie I wouldn’t say it’s my absolute favorite, but i think Catherine Hardwicke did an astounding job, people should give her more credit, it must be hard to fit a 498 page book in to a 2 hour movie. I applaud everyone who has helped in the twilight movie as well as Stephenie Meyer, the genius behind the Twilight Saga.
I’m one of those people that saw the movie first and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Then I read the books. Hands down the book is better than the movie. However, I still can appreciate the movie. Movies are always a condensed version of books because of the time issue. I think that the movie complements the book. I think true fans of Meyer can see the world see created in its various forms.
THANK YOU Alice and Tiffani! I think that even though people like the book better or don’t like the movie very much, they shouldn’t start hating on the movie or the people who enjoyed it. All you twilight movie haters, you need to get one thing straight: THE MOVIE CANNOT POSSIBLY BE EXACTLY LIKE THE BOOK!!! I’d rant more, but I shouldn’t be wasting my time trying to make people see sense if they aren’t willing to.
First of all, please try to spell things correctly.
Now, I think that only people who saw the movie first and THEN read the books are fans of both the movie and the books. And I also think that Kristen Stewart played Bella wrong because she JUST CAN’T LET GO OF HERSELF. She’s just so independent so she can’t be sweet and kind and…like Bella. BOOKS ALL THE WAY.
The Graphic Novel looks really sweet
I agree with Michelle! I have nothing to add because that is exactly how I feel!
Also I’ve heard that it’s a possibility that Vanessa Hudgens (>:P) might play Leah Clearwater! I for one would hate that she shouldn’t be so girly!
I think that JaNae Armogan should play her!
Wow you sure know how to spell! (note sarcasm) And I advise you to stop making generalizations about other fans of the books AND movie. Learn to respect others’ views.
oh how i agree ^^
right, pattinson doesn’t look anything like how Edward is supposed to look like. I read the all of the books before the movie came out, and the MOVIE version ISN’T AS GOOD AS THE BOOK!!!!!!!
i agree with elizabeth why are you acting like you represent all the book fans around the world. when real twilight fans wouldn’t be treating the movie like this. and i like rob so don’t say every stupid girl because to me you sound like a morone trying to sound cool. word of advice get a dictionary and learn how to spell.
U r right. I couldn’t watch the movie after i read the book. I break down every time i read one of the books again. Romance, deep passion, and the Danger of being a Klutz!
I totally agree with Chrisy. People only like Pattinson because they see him as what Stephanie Meyer described Edward as. but I did think the movie could have been way better. its just the director didnt want to spend much money on the movie.
I feel the same as you do, and so do my friends. If the movie is Fan Fiction, we aren’t coming back. No point to watch it.
Speaking of which, does anybody know a website where you could read the books?
I agree that the books were far better than the movie. The thing I like most about the books are S. Myer’s ability to describe everything in such detail. I think thats one of the reasons ppl are so passionate about the books. You sorta felt like you’re there or at least in the same room(ha ha) because she described every emotion.. But..I liked the movie well enough. They had a very small budget which is why it seemed cheap, it was cheap.I didn’t like some of the changes but if shortened and told the same way in movie form, it might have lacked the “big scenes” and made the movie really boring.Like in the book, when Bella told Edward that she knew he was a vampire, they were riding along in the car,not much drama. In all, I liked the endie feel without huge stars and big budgets.I’m looking forward to seeing better graphics in the next 3 but I hope it doesn’t lose the “simple” appeal that the books and Twilight have.BTW..funny that now you hear about all these actors who are dying to be in the movies after the actors became superstars overnight.I thought the cast was great. (Couldn’t imagine reading the book, picturing Zac Efron or someone like him as Edward.)Besides, R Pat is gorgeous abd K Stewart was too. One more thing..I’m fairly certain that S. Meyer said she’d never seen vampire movies before she wrote the books after having a dream about the meadow scene. And as far as I know, vampires don’t actually exist so anyones interpretation of a fictional character is whatever they want it to be. Come on ppl., lighten up.If you don’t like the movies or actors, then stick to the books. I, personally, loved all the books and the movie.
Twlight is cool!!!
Me too. I saw the movie and then read the whole saga. I was hypnotized by the books, could not put them down. After I read the books, reflecting on the movie, I was disappointed mainly in Stewart’s acting, she’s not my version of Bella. Michelle said it regarding her, she can’t be sweet and sensitive, she’s not Bella. Rob was better, but not the best. People tell me they had to use lesser actors because it was a low budget film, but I can think of many young actresses who have done fewer films than Kristen who would have potentially made a much better Bella. Neither of them had read the books and lesser characters, Ashley Green (Alice) claimed they read and loved the books. But, yes I will have retribution with this graphic novel, picking it up soon after it hits the stores. Thank you, Yen publishing and Stephenie Meyer, and please do not give up on Midnight Sun.
i am a book fan but i did like the movie. i mean if stephanie thought the actors were good picks then they obviously are. i mean she is the only one who really knows what they look like. and movie fans are just like book fans, you loved the same story and a lot of them probably watched the movie and then read the book.isn’t that what stephanie wanted, for new people to walk out of the theater caring about bella and edward? and why does it even matter if you are a book fan or a movie fan?
ok MAY i think that u r being very rude. u may have thought of the movie differently in ur own way,it doesnt mean that u have to trash the movie that they made, cus it was differrent then the way that u pictured it. those people worked hard on that movie. u r lucky that they made the movie. but still be glad that they made the movie for all of us. and u may be intitled to ur own appinion. and people say ‘if u dont have nothing nice to say then dont say nothing at all.’ and do u have any thing nice to say about the movie at all. then being hatful and rude about it. i love the books and i love the movie. i love every thing about the books and the movie.
i think the same way as Mickey B.! i hope that she comes out with a couple more books. i can not put them down at all. i cant wait till Midnight Sun comes out soon. it will be awsome!
Meyer doesn’t answer any fanmail.
I think that Robert Pattison played Edward Cullen well. I was somewhat dissappointed with Kristen betrayal of Bella but it was not awful. I do hope that in the next 3 films they are more truer to the book especially the last two. I started reading the books after watching the movie and I agree with most comments the books are waaaay better but they usually are. I don’t understand how anyone can think that the can put everything in the book on film
I know you can never fit the full effect of a book into a movie
Nor does she realize how annoying her characters are.
